Welcome:
The Chitchat subjects are for items of special interest to Senior Citizens. They are
for you to use as a bulletin board where you exchange information with others that have
the same interest as yourself. The new Chit Chat subjects recently added are:
Community: Activities, centers, dating, family, issues, singles, services.
Finance: Discounts, employment, jobs, resources.
Health Matters: Aging, exercises, mobility, nutrition, pain, yoga.
Spiritual: Faith, gifts, quotes, religion spirituality.
Travel Tips: Tours, travel, trips, vacation.

The Community subjects will cover senior activities, services provided by senior centers,
maybe even matchin up seniors in a particular area for common activities, discussion of family issues, political activities
that affect seniors, helping single seniors to live alone and the special services that are available to us.
The Finance subjects will cover special discounts that are available to seniors,
employment opportunities that might help use, the preparation for the new types of jobs that are opening up for seniors and
the special financial resources that can be helpful to seniors.
The Health Matters subjects will cover the problems of aging, loss of mobility, how to overcome
pain, exercises for the elderly, the right nutrition guide lines and meditations that will help us overcome our mental
difficulties.
The Spiritual subjects will cover how faith can help us through difficult times, the power of
giving to others, uplifting quotes (some are even funny), our spiritual connections to others and the Universe.
The Senior Travel Tips subjects will guide us through using tours for senior citizens, how we
can travel without having to drive our own car, what kind of trips can we enjoy at our age and how to turn life into a
vacation that we were unable to have in our younger years.
